I could not have had a better over the phone customer service experience. The gentleman was extremely helpful and was excellent in offering alternative flowers. Even mentioned one she happened to grow in her flowers. My aunt loved pink so the color involvement was important to me. He was so emphatic and assured they would "take care of my aunt's funeral arrangement". My cousin and family were so grateful and touched by the obvious care given. Many offered comments on the beauty. And, it complimented the family's arrangement surprisingly well. During conversation while placing the order, I had recollection of using this establishment for gifting Mom on her birthday/Mother's day several years ago. I will definitely be a return customer.
